The Acupressure Mat cover is made from 100% Natural Linen. Inside of the materess cover there is a mattress made from 100% natural coconut fibre which is covered in 100% untreated cotton. The Lotus Flower Spikes on the mats are made from HIPS Certified plastics which is used in surgical equipment. 

Can I My Wash Acupressure Mat?

Yes, we advise to hand-wash the mat using a small amount of washing detergent and lukewarm water. (Please make sure you to remove coconut fibre cover from the mat before washing). Allow the mat to hang and drip dry.

Does It hurt?
